Poetic Inspiration
Poetic Inspiration Sometimes things go wrong in relationships, the day is ok, I try to write a little while she is forever cleaning what is clean and when she goes on my nerves with endless chatter about last night’s soap opera, I go for a drive. Evenings are the worst time when Brazilin soap opera starts actors pretending to be shouting at each other an endless drama of love and jealousy. I need some stimulation, someone to agree or disagree someone who knows what EU is. I spend my evening drinking beer, not that I like beer, but it has got alcohol and screaming voices become distant like a neighbours party. I try to write- not very successfully- yet it is my metier, but I need vigorous reports of my views if not I will sink into an abject self righteousness and that is the last thing want. I like to go to Genève and speak to Harry, but I cannot she will come hog the conversation making it into a love in the afternoon and with many pictures taken. of her in front of a classical house or a statue of historical value. Something I wanted to record, but she is right I’m a little cog in the machinery of poetry hundred years all we poets wrote now will be forgotten. But not so, our voices will be transferred from a tongue to tongue word of truth always survives and need not your names a stamp of approval.
