Fashion Which Was Splendid
Poem Written in Response to Turtle By world's horrible things was horrified Relied on someone to have them rectified And who would help me learn how to agree God Himself was the only one it could be. Searched for awhile but only found a few That two to be exact were both me and you Even though in past all alone have tried No longer will hide but in God now abide. In church sang songs and felt them inside God, I would never think of pushing aside He waited for me throughout night and day While there washing all of my tears away. God always had helped me in time of need With His fabulous food, me He would feed Weaved their way to Him and now believed While He comforted them as they grieved. Nature of sins committed were grievous On map and listed as being mischievous And each time we sinned many offended Saved us in fashion which was splendid. James Thomas Horn, Retired Veteran
