Cos I ache allover and I can't sleep at night and I feel quite sick." Time does not heal grief. As any insightful person will agree.loss is an ongoing adaption process.its about coping with the loss in the rest of life to come.as well as feeling hurt over the time that has gone. things happen in life where the destination is not the key.the journey u take and what u learn are going to determine how strong you will become. I have led quite a life so far, with loss being the running theme. for me at least I think this is true,that all the experiences I have had, have been a gift, that I was chosen for.
