Enter Poem or Quote (Required)Required Judgment Shall Begin At the House of God! Churches are a different place, then when I was a young man. It seems like there’s a greater tide of evil throughout this land. The respect and love we had for our Lord Jesus seldom exists. Even from just 20 years ago, there are things that I miss! I remember going to church, and how the power of God fell! Now, just to find the power of God in church is hard to tell! The conviction of God’s word seemed to be quite evident. We seemed to feel that the return of Christ was imminent! The holiness of God was something we weren’t ashamed of! There were many things of God that we would speak of! But, now it seems that much of the church cowers under sin. Often it’s hard to tell who is and who’s not born again! Even God’s plan for marriage is twisted and discarded! Often, his word is twisted before the service is started! As many often seek the “security” of their denomination… I wonder how much of this has turned into an abomination? Have churches turned into more of a “socializing event?” Are there pastors who preach that we need to repent? God’s word says that God’s judgment shall soon fall. I pray that he message of righteousness is a “wake up call.” Let’s seek and come to Jesus, while he may be found. For where there is sin, grace does much more abound! May God remove the shackles of bondage from the past. So Christ’ body can enjoy a godly freedom that’ll last! Please come dear Lord, and touch us with your fire! May a fresh hunger for your righteousness be our desire! Have a commitment to Christ is the most important thing! Jesus must be our Lord! Our righteousness and everything!
