Finding My Way Home
As I journeyed back home, lost sold I've found in the midst of darkness, a dim of light shining from above The heavenly light we try so hard to fight No relationship, no love, pretentious ones carrying on Rejection it seems, in the midst of painful dreams Just a minute away from freedom Souls fighting to win just a smile or just a grin God waiting for the world to know him in deep vanities we live our lives Without him we are nothing with Him we are everything As we wonder around trying to survive rejections Too often we forget who is in control When are we going to put God first? First in our timing, our attitude, our relationships God, the most rejected being that ever exist. He constantly reaches out his hands but we have turned our backs Without him we will forever be in lack As I make my journey everyday to him, the beginning and the end The love He gives me, Now my eyes can see See my way back home, where love abides Where love returns, a never ending love Peace be still, so I can do his perfect will
