Robin Hood's Not So Good Vacation
Sherwood Forest's were you'll see Men are being so merry With their leader Robin Hood Always trying to do good One day he made a decision He needed a nice vacation So he did a little packing His excitement was not lacking Soon he'd be in a great place Different things he would now face Some would be fun and unique Like accents when people speak Tall building and scenery No more of the greenery That he always wakes up to With a sky so pretty blue Stores with new and fancy clothes Not like his from days of old Concerts, movies, and buffets Street vendors and whacky plays But some things he does not like Seeing lots of people fight Being mean and really rude Not used to this attitude He sends for his men so merry Asking them if they can hurry There's an lot they need to fix So he pulls out all his tricks Language that nobody's heard Saying kind and caring words Spreading joy and happiness City folks not used to this Start to glare with a bad scowl People just want to act foul This makes Robin feel threatened His men and he pull out their weapons And start shooting bows and arrows Making a path long and narrow Easily they can escape from This vacations finally done Back to his home he gladly goes Where cheer and joy easily flows
