Live and Let Die Exercise
The year of cracked shell self began and ended with a fall. Fall. Hatred for being shoved boiled the innards. Hard boiled to one might say. If one could find words. A shaken fist clock would have to do. Was air necessary? Breathe. In. Out. like a Yes, necessary. Some dive and dive winding never up able up to up crash muscles or stop. Wing flapping worked the arm muscles taut but working no, no, soaring. The belly flop landing, ouch heels was almost bruising, almost bloody, and there on solid pressing ground once more, stunned, not sunning, not stunning toes meant a puzzle! Scratch Scratch, yes, sometimes the scratch on head trick will bring remembrance, flashes of photos, springing rose scent, maybe if one splashed it all over the soaring up would begin again rather than the pitty pity climb up
