My Poems Be Better
My Poems Be Better What I wanted to do was find a way To say only have another nice day But something much better than that And be with Jesus where He had sat. I know that He's not here any more Physically that is but is waiting for Me in heaven where I have to return After many bridges having to burn. My poem seems to be on a roll so far With God and Son as a shining star Never will I ever end up being lost Pretty is the day with morning frost. Each day will start out freshly for sure Now that I know I surely can endure And obstacles being difficult to bare God and Jesus are around everywhere. As I start going to my comfortable bed Will make sure my prayers are all said My writing water I have been testing Can my poems be better than Tom Kesting. James Thomas Horn
