The Other Nine
In heading to Jerusalem Jesus had made His way In the midst of Samaria and Galilee on that day When ten leprous men cried out from afar Oh Lord Jesus heal us for we heard who you are "Go unto your priest and show yourself" And in passing they all regained their health Yet only one man of the ten who had all come to realize Did something different that turned out to be very wise In seeing he was cured he stopped and turned around While the others were self assured it was Jesus this man found He fell to his knees at Jesus' feet and glorified Him in a loud voice Right there in the middle of the street his soul would begin rejoice "But were there not ten who yearned where are the other men" With only one stranger who returned yet Jesus had cured ten "Arise, thy faith has saved thee now go upon thy way" The other nine Jesus doesn't see well we can only pray
