Seed of Hope
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so they say. Your glory transcends the boundaries of logic, like if it started to snow in the month of May. It's what on the inside that matters, so I've heard. Your personality has a rhythm of it's own, like the morning song of a lonely bird. What goes around comes around, so I've learnt. You planted a seed of hope, in a garden that only sprouted hurt. There's a soul mate for everyone, and the two become one. So I've read. Destiny is writing a romance about us, in the blank pages lodged in my head. In learning to love one must be willing to cry, So I've been taught. Only time will tell. If you are the love I sought. What a punishment it is to want someone, who I can't hold. This circumstance keeps the water running hot, but I still feel cold. Every night you leave and my dreams are all I have left, Longing for you is the joy of my pain, and so I wept.
