A Different Mickey and Minnie
Mickey and Minnie were lovers Not ones you're thinking about, my friends Mickey Swartz and Minnie O'Malley A pairing they had to defend Got married just a little while ago To the dismay of the people they knew From a couple of totally different cultures Had the blessings of only a few Why does it matter and create such a furor Isn't the most important thing love Love conquers all, that's what matters most Other judgements, we should rise above Aware this is quite a controversial subject Not everyone agrees with my stance What I say is “live and let live” No matter how we put on their pants We're all apart of the HUMAN race Though we don't all use the same tongue Please give Mickey and Minnie your blessing No matter what background they're from © Jack Ellison 2013
