One look into her beautiful, Autumn Green Eyes, and I knew, there was something different - for a time - a pain in her heart. I wanted so, to take her in my arms and hold her tight, to do what ever I could to make things alright. I knew what was to befall me, eventually, words to defend, they'd be few, for I could not bring myself, never could be the man she always says she can see, and believes with all her mind, is me. In her mind's eye, and on the breath of her thoughts, I am visions, images, projections of all the negative aspects of her brother, her ex lovers, her ex husband and, I guess, all the Canadian men she has come to know.
