Enter Poem or Quote (Required)Required And empty swing creaks In Trinidad alone in the dark The same one I swing her on Many years ago in the same park It’s the first time I see it Since I was twenty years Just looking at it brings back The pain and the tears She said that she is so sorry And wish to get me back again Said the poorness of her parents Made her cause me so much pain When I got in the accident And every one though I died And I laid in alone in a coma She said many nights she had cried She though I would not come back And she wanted to wait till eternity But my friend use his father wealth And her parents force her to marry Then months after when I pull thru Her heart just died in side She broke down where she was And everyday just she cried Their marriage end in divorce Because it was never build on love And she said every living second I’m the one she’s thinking of The day I awake in the hospital My first words was to call her name But she was not there And I ask them why she did not came No one wanted to tell me That she’s not going to come again Then an arrow when thru my heart And from that day I live in pain How did I survive I don’t know I put my head down and breathe I live alone for many years Only going out to get what I need Although many years have past But every day I wake in the hospital And I know it’s just in my mind But it won’t leave me at all I feel sorry for her now An although she is sorry for her doing I will always keep her in my heart But I can never love her again
