In the Arms of Mercy
Merciful father, you carried me through when i was weak. You understood my tears as if they could speak, You bottled them up for yours to keep. I am a wretched sinner, my flesh it reeks!!! Self pleasure, is what i seek. I do things, i do not want to do, I do not do, the things i ought to do. My childhood was interupted, my innocence abducted, Leaving my trust in others a little.... reluctant. Then i think, of all you have done for me, how you gave your only son for me, who shed his blood so i could be free!!! degraded, beaten, spit on, on the account of me. Beaten beyond reconition, he paid my admission, Never uttering one word, of grief, he suffered, that i might have relief. He died expressing his love, for me. I wonder was it my face, he could see? At that moment, was he thinking of me? His mercy so kind, it never let go, on the cross of calvery, his love he did show. I am so gratful, that his mercy said no, i'm never going to let her go
