A Day In the Park
On collecting my grandson i asked where he would like to go he said " The park to feed the ducks, Grandad" "the park it is " Ashton, i said. Was a mere ten minute stroll, to our local park sun shining down, clear blue sky approaching the gates,was an ice cream van walking towards the animalS, icelollys in hand Ashton`s eyes lit up, with happiness, when he seen the animals we had carrots,cabbabe and bread for their feed knelt feeding the rabbits,through a meshed fence onto the duck pond, a balloon seller filling with heleium On the corner of the mass of green lush fields children playing, ballons taking to the sky multitude of colours,children crying parents back to buy more.
