Forgive Us
Lord forgive my city for the evil that it does. Lord please forgive my city for our iniquities and please Lord forgive us for the drugs, alcoholism, destruction and lust. Forgive us Lord and help us to be better. Only in you and through you we can be saved. You have the power and the glory, You the almighty God. I ask you Jesus to have mercy for my city. Rescue the drug addict and broken neighborhood at odds, and the prostitute, and heal our hearts of abuse, corruption and depression. Please, please Lord forgive us for being indifferent to the pain and injustices that my city suffers because of sin. Only through Jesus my city can be free, so I ask you one more time, Lord please forgive my city of our sin. I ask you to bless the people of my city from the Mayor to the student, to every mother and the preacher. May your peace and joy surround our city. We do not want hatred we want love, we need Jesus's everlasting love. Thank you Lord for my city and my neighborhood. Teach me to obey yours and my city's laws, I want to be a good citizen so Jesus's light shines through me. Bless my city Lord, and forgive us of our sin.
