Full Moon Crest
As I watch a creamed-full moon come to crest, a darkened backdrop takes thoughts away; into the night of heaven, where loved ones rest. I stop for a moment to ease my aching breast, releasing inward feelings I want to convey; as I watch a creamed-full moon come to crest. To have known and loved, I have been blessed, even to have known them for just one day. Into the night of heaven, where loved ones rest. I know humanly emotions are put to test, when great trials of tribulations heavily weigh; as I watch a creamed-full moon come to crest. Someday all worldly possessions I will bequest, somewhere my mortal bones will forever lay. Into the night of heaven, where loved ones rest. Even though my life is lively, still full of zest, I will always long for the ones, who could not stay; as I watch a creamed-full moon come to crest. Into the night of heaven, where loved ones rest.
