To comfort you when you are lonely and down Bring a smile to your face when I see you frown Listen to your worries, give you hope for a day Oh, best friend, why did you run away? I thought there was a chance I could be happy too Knowing there was someone in my life like you. You made my world a perfect place to be Gave me hope when I couldn’t face reality. My dreams, I will still make come true It would just be better to share them with you. You gave me access to a world so secure Without you in my life, now I’m not so sure.
