While I Was Out Sinning, God Waited For Me
While I was out sinning, listening to things I should not have heard, I rejected GOD’S SACRED WORD. While I was out sinning, looking for pleasures to gratify me, I rejected GOD’S PURITY. While I was out sinning, telling lies to get riches and fame, I rejected GOD’S DIVINE CLAIM . While I was out sinning, touching things I should never embrace, I rejected GOD’S HOLY PLACE. While I was out sinning, walking thru doorways that lead to death I rejected GOD’S LIVING BREATH. While I was out sinning, God waited patiently many days For me to reject Satan’s evil ways. I kneeled before God, Confessed each sin and Prayed that he would take me in. Then I felt God touch my heart And say to me “never depart”. Copyright © 2008 Cathy C. Ncube Psalm 51:1-2: Wash me thoroughly from mine iniquity and cleanse me from sin. For I acknowledge my transgressions; and my sin is ever before me.
