Is She the One?
Is she the one? Is she the one who sits and stares? Or is she the one asking for prayers? Actively seeking the power within Questioning day in day out where to begin. Is she the one who stands tall? Or is she the one who stumbles and fall? Contemplating if it’s worth to keep going Trying to wipe the tears from flowing. Is she the one who will have the last say? Or is she the one who’ll make her family pay? Internally dyeing from all the suffering and crying All hope is gone no more fighting no more trying. Is she the one who will search for help? Or is she the one who will rely solely on herself? Imagining life without sadness or pain Fear and sorrow is the one to blame. Is she the one who will have regrets? Or is she the one everyone will forget? Memories of careless actions clouds the head Still no answers only quiet instead. Is she the one who will finally be free? Or is she the one who I call me?
