Sounds of Family
Sounds...I sit on this bench in the park listening to the sounds around me. Even after dark those sounds of life bring back their memory. Sounds...Sounds of children's laughter playing on the merry-go-round, I picture my own daughters here enjoying this playground. Sounds...Shrieks of excitement while at the county fair, Imagining my daughters riding the rides with the wind in their hair. Sounds...Sounds of Saturday morning cartoons blaring from the T. V., The popping of balloons bring back a birthday memory. Sounds...A bouncing ball being played with down the hall, Sounds of a little girl conversing with her favorite doll. Sounds of life surround me, Sounds remind me of my wife and family!! *written for Janette Fisher's contest "Sounds Familiar"
