Bobby Dear Bobby
Oh Bobby, Dear Bobby We miss you so much. We long for your smile. We long for your touch. It’s hard to accept, much less understand, why this had to happen, to such a sweet little man. I guess God has His reasons, and we just can’t see, why He called you away, from your Mommie and me! I keep asking myself, was it something I’ve done, that caused me to lose, such a wonderful son? Quite often I ponder, on things you would say, like “you gonna stay with Bobby?”* Or “No more blood today.”* Quite often, I would wonder, what was the good Lords goal, when He called to His side, such a precious wee soul? But I shouldn’t question His wisdom, I suppose! Cause the reason why, is something, that only the good Lord knows. Note: This story is about my 2 year old son, who died from a brain tumor. (1968-71) *Comments he made during our Hosp visits. Enter: My Darkest Hour Sponsor: Ryland Matthews Submitted by: Ralph Taylor
