Part One: Introduction
OK, so i feel like this could be helpful to many people out there today. I want others to understand that living in a good matter can change their entire life. When i was in 10th grade i disliked everyone, teachers, students, i even disliked myself. I was full of anger all the time! I want to share my life experience. There is a lot i have to say, and i hope most of you will consider to read everything i have to say. (The first three paragraphs are is my experience, and the last one is important for you to read). During the time i was a sophomore i never really liked anything or anyone around me. I didn't have any friends. I hanged out with smokers and drinkers who always skipped school. I got into fights and really didn't no what to do in life. I became a follower. someone who despised those around him for no good reason. So one day i chose a better path. nobody encouraged me to change. i never listen to anyone to even have the chance to be encouraged to change. i made a choice, a choice be and do better. this was my own self who created a new me. i was then introduced to wrestling. this helped me more because after wrestling practice i was so drained i couldn't think of being mad at all, and all the wrestlers were all fun and outgoing. i became more close to every single wrestler as the season went on. Ive always had a six pack and lean muscle, ripped and stuff, but i never could get stamina that was required to live on as a wrestler. when i got tired i gave up. i was the worst guy on the team. as the season ended i was left with two permanently damaged shoulders (tore my rotate cuffs) and a pulled groin. a part of me said quit but another part said to keep going. so i made the choice to tell my coach i want to do better and participate in the off season wrestling program. -------plz dont comment on this one! plz read Part Two: What i want you too know!---------
