Mom'
A letter to my mom Why didn't you want me to live You took my life away, didn't even give me a chance Please read this with your heart Because it will last a life time Always on your mind The choice was yours to choose And I was The one to lose Mom I heard everything, you said yes it confused me You never gave me the chance to see, you Because this morning I woke up in heaven Yes it is pretty here, still I wonder why, As I began to cry Mom what could have been going on What could I of done so wrong You never held me close Or never seen my face I'm beautiful to God isn't pleased with you Mom you never gave God a chance To reach you a helping hand I walk and talk with Jesus He helps me to understand It wasn't my fault He tells me But, I'm all grown up now Up in heaven looking down I asked God will He ever forgive you He turned His face in shame And this is what He said to me Stop crying my child, you wasn't the blame Mom
