Neverending Beginning
Walking down the boardwalk the summer breeze playing in my hair. It brushes past my bare legs and sends a chill through my spine, like fear. A deep voice pierces my ears trying to get my attention by using his good looks and smooth operator skills. Its his charm that catches my attention. Surrounded by young youth voices that find it all fun and games to mess up my boy chances. A smile sneaks across his face, he understands my position. So instead of walking away we make plans to meet somewhere different. Doubt running in my mind as I approach the new location right on time. Quickly through my emotions changes as I see him posted up on the wall anticipated to meet again. After begging and pleading the boardwalk we took not knowing what journey might pop up maybe something out of a book. A sharp turn is made, shoes and socks come off as we continue to walk listening to the waves crash, feeling the breeze brush pass and continue to talk of one another's past. " I'm glad you kept your word and didn't decide to diss me," he whispers in my ear. " Me too," I respond like a shy little girl. We sat on the beach and just talked and talked not paying any attention to the sounds of Tick Tock. His eyes so amazing, so warming and inviting. His touch so simple, his voice so amazing. His presence sends excitement through my body. The man hung in the sky and the light touched upon us just right. He held me in his arms so tight never wanting to let me go. It is said by everyone that good things must come to an end but in my opinion and position being honest my good begins and never ends.
