Forbiden Fruit/Americas Favorite Pass Time
"Forbidden Fruit" Sometimes tangy, more often sweet. Grown in trees, Natures treat. Some are yellow, others red. One once fell on Newtons head. Great in salad, a delight in pie. Why you could be one of my eye. Eaten by the bushel or eaten loose. A perfect cider or just plain juice. Of that I speak you say your baffled. Why it's the fruit known as the apple. "Americas Favorite Pass Time" He rounded third full speed towards home. To the catcher the ball is thrown. Neither athelete time for decision. Each know their tasks down to precision. The runner slides closing his eyes and hopes the ball comes in High. The crowd errupts and the game is done. It appears they all had fun. See it matters not win, loose or draw. Just as it shouldn't when kids play Teeball. The Applethoughtrotten
