Glimpse
Every hour most everyday Im kept in a transe awake so do I stay. It haunts me no matter how hard I try. nights know isolation clear as a endless blue sky. Can we rewind to the part I wish to replay. Mangle my words till I no longer know what to say. Hours pass as the clock counts down. I question the most simple of things. Will it be any different if im not around. We begin to fade the moment were born. I exist in a shell far from the ridicule and scorn. It would be so easy the darkest path. In the emptyness so is peace. prescription pills like a warm bath. It is not self pitty to lay within the arms of sorrow. Counting every second makes it hard to focus on tommorow. Rest now for pain will not follow. Drift into the icy waters. Erase it slowley with every pill you do swallow. A walk in isolation filled with regret. So is a question a mear whisper apon the wind. Will you forget?
