In the silence between battles, where echoes fade into the dust of forgetting
In the silence between battles, where echoes fade into the dust of forgetting, War weaves its tale, a silent dialogue between shadows and flames, What are your plans, oh war, what surprises do you prepare for us in the shadows, Where do you see yourself in a month, in five years, when silence will fall? Let's talk about your childhood, about how your fires were born, Do you feel you are here because of your mother's hand or your fierce father, Can you explain this hiatus, this X of years erased from your fiery career, Do you await heirs in the scorched fields, what ambitions truly define you? Would you choose to rule the entire world or focus on the perfection Of a single kingdom, where silence would be currency exchanged in palms? What makes you a better candidate than those who have seen more markets, Than those who have felt more ash in their weary nostrils? Regarding compensation, do you feel this number would do justice to your flames, I must say your references are impressive: recommended by worms, Now comes the real question: how are we in conversation, How do we speak when silence should be our only answer? War laughs in the shadows, an echo among the ruins of an uncomprehended world, For in this perpetual dialogue, words are weapons and peace an illusion, We wonder how we are here, conversing with shadows, embracing them, When silence is a fragile bridge between us and the memories that do not fade.
