He showed me the picture of an hour glass that was practically almost running out of time. And than I saw the word "RAPTURE!" Right along with these very self same words, "WE ARE VERY RAPIDLY RUNNING OUT OF TIME!" The Holy Spirit used the similar words that a classic soap opera used to use:" As sand is (slowly) shifting through an hour glass, so are the days of our lives." My deceased aunt, Donna Pennock, was both a fan of her daily afternoon soap. operas as well as for cooking shows. One of her favorites was General Hospital. But I also, latter on, was similarly addicted to television game shows and situation comedies. And I spend vast hours watching television programs, mainly on You Tube on my television but not on my computer. Like my deceased aunt, I am also addicted to it and have been so all of my lifetime. Besides the hour glass what other things has the Holy Spirit been actively revealing to me? Right now I can see (in my inner minds eye) a picture of the world famous London England's Big Ben chiming at the midnight hour. "Like a thief in the night, He shall come for His bride, He will come like a thief in the night." Those lyrical words keep on being recycled inside of my head. But I am also being reminded by the Holy Spirit--that those of us who are His watchmen and His watch women, shall not be overtaken nor surprised by His soon harpazo. In order for us to not be taken by surprise about the day of the rapture. Because we are diligently watching and waiting for the Day of our deliverance from this sinful world. A Greek word that means to forcibly snatch and remove by force. The English word that was derived from its Latin word "rapus" is the word rapture. Neither the word harpazo and rapture are literally mentioned in the English Bibles. It is in 2 Thessalonians 2:1 that the Apostle to the gentiles, Paul describes it in the NKJV: Now, breathern, concerning the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and our gathering together to Him we ask you...and in the verses two and three. He tells them neither to worry or to be afraid of the Day of the coming of Jesus Christ. Thus he uses the phrase 'gathering together' to describe the actual 'rapture' instead of 'harpazo or rapus' in the NKJV. We need to comfort others and ourselves with these words AMEN!
