They can fix the leaks but pipes could burst at any time. They choose light green paint. To brighten this basement. They moved out a year later. It becomes an abandoned space. The bugs and dust sigh in relief as they slowly creep back in. They only put one coat of paint over me. So as it cracks, Gray takes over again.
