Be Thankful For The Sunshine and the Rain
The sunshine and the rain what do we think? moans upon moans about too hot or too wet but we need them both in their due time for the crops to grow as all the seasons are set Early in the morning, there's dew on the grass as well as showers spread on the ground so fresh and fine leaving a real impression looking on you hear such a divine sound Brightness flows from this coloured seed yellow springs forth full of radiant colour little specks show such a ripened effect what a picture to convey to one another Look at your time on the stroke the golden harvest has come of age so much here to be thankful for bring your hands together to fully engage Considering all that's been received it's so correct to bless your God no less for everything we have comes from our creator may we all give to our God full access to bless (Verse from a hymn) 'For the sunshine and the rain, for the dew and for the shower, for the yellow ripened grain, and the golden harvest hour, We bless thee O our God' - Mrs Jane Crewdson ( 1809-1863)
