The shadow invites no one to speak, to open one's self for others to seek fruitful conversation, or just a hello. It offers a glimpse, and then on you go. So I wave, and the shadow conveys the greeting, to pass on some lightness in moments so fleeting they are often forgotten as soon as they fall, but better a shadow, than nothing at all.
