Forgiveness
An empty silence, a lost void of agonising soullessness. Stuck between the right and the right knows. So full of spirit waiting for the brightness of the day. Tick tock, Tick tock comes the marching band of stillness, waiting for the blanket of cold. The rays of fear warm my head of doubt. Love conquers all But pain and cowardice's clouds the soul. To hate, forgive, and forget when the turnpike journey comes to claim its rider, will peace be riding with you? The moon lit sun, the star shine clouds, the great painter of heavens and earth my canvas has run dry. When the blackness comes I will turn and face it and when the dark embrace this body my soul will cry, then I will know my ride is over and I will hope for forgiveness.
