What happens when i die?
What happens when you die? Who's going to remember your name your fame your glory? Who'll tell your story when it ends? Was it all just pretend, all for nothing? What happens to us when we die? Who's going to remember us? Our achievements, our legacy or just false sense of ecstasy, was it all just pretend, all for nothing? Make a difference she told me, be great she told me, nobody's gonna do it for you, she told me. Go out with a bang, she told me, but what if I don't go out at all? What if I just fade, just fall, will my soul just cascade into emptiness, then what? What happens when i die? Who's gonna remember my name, my fame, my glory, who'll tell my story when it ends? The story of somebody's daughter, somebody's friend, was it all just pretend, all for nothing? Will I simply die once I'm dead?
