Leslie Van Houtens Redemption
A tale unfolds, of souls in twisted spells. Of Leslie Van Houten, her fate entwined, With Charles Manson, the mastermind. Once a flower of innocence, pure and bright, She fell into Manson's web, one fateful night. His voice whispered venom, filled her heart with dread, And slowly, her soul was consumed and misled. Like a siren's call, his words lured her in, A vulnerable spirit, lost in a world of sin. Under Manson's spell, she committed unspeakable deeds, A pawn in his game, driven by sinister needs. But time has passed, and the tides have turned, The truth and remorse within her heart have burned. Through the haze of darkness, a glimmer of light, Leslie seeks redemption, to set things right. Behind prison walls, she ponders her past, Haunted by the memories, shadows that last. Regret paints her days, with sorrow's brush, As she yearns for a chance to emerge from the rush. Society questions, should she be set free? Can the darkness within truly cease to be? Forgiveness weighs heavy, on the scales of justice, As Leslie, a broken soul, seeks her own tryst. Parole's elusive whispers linger in the air, Contemplation and doubt, a burden to bear. For her involvement, no excuse can suffice, But redemption calls, as she pays the price. In the depths of her confinement, she seeks redemption, A chance to break free from the grip of temptation. To find a path of healing, in a world so unkind, Leslie Van Houten, forever intertwined. The journey ahead, uncertain and steep, With scars that run deep, in her restless sleep. Yet, perhaps redemption, a flicker of hope, A chance for her soul, to break free and elope. The world watches, judgment in their gaze, As Leslie Van Houten ponders her days. In the balance of justice, her fate shall lie, A story of darkness, seeking light in the sky.
