Joy
Came crying to this unfamiliar sphere, Mom, Dad, siblings instilled joy in my fear, They showed me smiles, the world all aglow, And through my cries, my smiles did grow. Childhood's playground, a canvas of delight, Unbridled laughter, soaring to new heights. Past and future blend, time stands still, Living in the present, where joy fulfills. Youth's wild dance, with dreams unfurled, Passion's fire, igniting our world. Embracing love's sweet joyous melodies, We chase the sun, on life's open seas. But seasons change, and youth fades away, Wisdom whispers, embracing shades of gray. Yet joy still lingers, in moments treasured, A tapestry of memories, forever measured. The autumn leaves gently fall from the trees, Life's cycle turning, with graceful ease. With each passing season, beauty thrives, In moments cherished, our joy derives. With hands well-worn, we savor every day, Knowing the fragility of time's ballet. For joy resides not in age nor strife, But in the celebration of a well-lived life.
