Have some respect son as I am over two hundred years old ! But, you are leaning badly and not that pleasant to look at ? Well, birds seem to like me and build their nests in my branches ! True I suppose, but you look like you are about to fall ? I have been leaning like this for the last one hundred years ! You see I have been sent to cut down all dying trees ? But, I tell you that I am not dying but just really, really old ! Oh, is that a baby bird on your gnarled branch ? Yes, there is a nest of baby birds just ready to fly away from my shelter ! I see squirrels running up and down your trunk too ? Yes, see they don't think of me as dead but a haven of protection ! But, what am I to do, it is my job to cut you down ?
