Sung
Song of silence sung so loud Never performed before a crowd Songs being sang with no word such beauty never to be heard A river of teardrops fall Where once many stood tall Long lines that lead nowhere But we all pay the fare For the song not playing Exactly what are they saying For the price we are paying We grab for what's not there We dream when we don't dare Reach for a star we can't see And how happy we be In this world without light Who knows what's wrong or right That has done past Way to fast It can't last Is what we say We'll do something just not today. It's our way To let things ride Or we just hide Laughter, what is that Something you hide under your hat We know how to hate Let's not make that our fate But be aware Does anyone care More than I can bare But we keep on trying Just pardon the crying.
