Grains of Eternity
The secret sculptor molds the buds layer by layer, the petals design the motif of transient time, unfurl the floral essence embellishing the blooming beauty of nature. The flowers don’t know when the stealthy time would sneak in sly silence of the cold night, on the gloomy ground they would fall, disappear in infinite terrain of time. I walk on life’s grey garden path of fallen flowers, trace the last mile with forlorn footsteps. As I see another bright dawn bloom, I thank God for the gorgeous gift. The rising sun turns the sliding sands of my time into grains of eternity stacked in still soul. I drift with the waves in the bay of bliss to emerald coast, time can’t tarnish. ________________ March 7, 2023 Contest : Upto You Again Sponsored by : Brian Strand
