Losing
It'll soon be Christmas Day, and on its Eve I close my eyes Am I ever to feel this hurting pain and stare at its given despise Knowing that it's just been a year since their silence stole him away He was so far from his families arms, when a snipers bullet says Whose going to fill their eyes seeing their presents under the tree Whose going to dry their tears when they turn around its just me Whom do I turn to when I'm lonely when it was always us for ever Whom do I point my anger, when they took you away in wars theatre Its now Christmas Day as we gather around our Christmas Tree Its only the three of us now as we smile at our presents for thee We gather in our little huddle knowing your father will always be near We'll do the same a year from now, and bless him with loving tears
