The Sky Is Crying
Not many people think about what is happening on the other side of the world, what mayhem our fellow man is inflicting on one another and what atrocities unfurl. Acquiring land, money, and power with deceit, treachery, treason, and lying. With heads hung in despair, no one gives regard to the higher power and discerns that the sky is crying. What disorders of life a single mother may be going through, a woman you may see every day, and who lives next door to you? Her stress and loneliness you turn from and close your ears to her sighing, all the while the dark shadow of sadness looms and the sky is crying. Unsavory animals invade our streets and byways, highly evident as four or more squad cars pass you on the highways. Violence is always around the corner and people are in fear of dying, through all this agitation, aggravation, and turmoil, the sky is crying. What if everyone would love each other and had a genuine concern? Perhaps with more caring for one another there would be so much more that we could learn. By understanding one's heritage and empathy for their trials, with a world of people with true compassion there would be nothing but smiles.
