Tower
Lost in the depths of my mind So many doors I could choose Valleys and peaks Make me shiver and weep Paralyzed by indecisiveness, fear, and lack Wanting for someone to pick up my slack Energy low, you can tell by my flow I’m searching for clarity My light is dim, it’s hard to see My eyes seem to adapt in the dark He’s hearing my plea Hope is close, just around the bend Strength is here, always my friend When it seems I’m all alone, No where really to call home Overwhelmed with each what if or how Just know nothing can keep me down I’ll find a way, I always do I’ve been here before This same door, this same floor I will figure it out and feel peace once again I’m built to be resilient Get up, make a move This is what it is to be young You have nothing to lose Any choice will be the right one
