Myth, Fable Or True
And there she was in all her glory, Her tail still swishing and glinting, From her swim. Her fiery red hair Tossed down her back, staring at me, She wanted the world to her see. A piece of seaweed surrounded her tail, Her authenticity, she wanted to prevail, She was of no culture she told the press, She was a gypsy, who traveled free, Far and wide, to find unpolluted sea. She was flippant and oh so bold, She spoke every and any language Her teeth glistening as she laughed, Her brilliant green eyes, a heavenly treat Please, rewind replay and repeat! Her apparel obviously not apparent, She brought her hair modestly Forward to cover her magnificent Pale full breasts, like flowers in bloom, Her lips moist, was she expecting a groom? Cameras were clicking all around What a treasure we had found, Then as suddenly as she appeared, she was gone, A vision appearing to prove she was no fraud, And who with her charm had us enthralled. She flipped and dipped her colors surreal Never tell me a mermaid is is a fable or myth, She waved from afar, had shown us the truth, I wondered how did she never get cold, Sure her merman was waiting for her to enfold!
