Childhood Naughtiness
Childhood naughtiness midst innocence-glow… my special son exudes such with glad show unmindful of “Mother’s Dos and Don’ts” blow in his sign language, “Yes, I can follow” asserted by prevailing thumbs-up flow. Persisting to optimize freedom zest he drives his wheelchair with maximized best… playful insistence of naughtiness-crest turning room toward messy toy-filled nest as balls and blocks are seen from east to west. With his contagious laughter of delight while basking in exuberant bath sprite… my child of innocent naughtiness blight keeps on wetting me despite gracious plight affirming well that I will be alright. My heart thanks God for granting patience-gain and wisdom, too, along rearing terrain… when counseled due to naughtiness-caused pain my son gestures “I’m sorry” with smile-stain acknowledging that at home, peace* should reign. *Colossians 3:15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.
