Mary Pickford and Samsung
Mary Pickford and Samsung, her most reliable cat Knew that talkies were going to be where it’s at She confided to her pet and said I cannot wait! These movies sound wonderful said cat. Incredibly great! Don’t tell the others, Mary whispered. I am in the know. Of course, they will not be here in time for December’s snow. But the inventors are almost ready to have a huge reveal. Keeping the secret, a bit longer would be no big deal. Of course, Mary had no way of knowing her cat was a snitch. He ran around town telling others about the movie time pitch. The other cats did not believe him. They called him a liar. This made him really angry; his face was quite red, on fire. When the talkies finally came out, the TV sets were alive. The cats began shrieking. Some hid under the couch in a dive. I told you said Samsung, all smug, and he rejoiced about it. Mary never knew he had shared the secret, or she’d had a fit.
