The Throne In Heaven Poetry Contest
I hope in Heaven, there's no more pee Because it might frustrate my Eternity On account of my nephrolithiasis, I'd rather not have to take a whiz Plus the process would be shoddy Until the Resurrection of the Body Even after my soul and body rejoin I'd prefer to get to ignore my groin So besides "no more marriage" or tears "No more peeing" would calm my fears; Although I trust God with my future bliss I surely hope it's withOUT having to piss! I wanna sing along, "Holy, holy, holy!"--- Before His Throne! (Not the toilet bowl-y) So I wish to say forever: goodbye toilet! (Wouldn't cleaning them kinda spoil it!?) So to focus on Divine Mercy in my soul Rather than scrubbing the toilet bowl-- On the other hand, cleaning humbles If that's the way the cookie crumbles Perhaps it would be a fair Purgatory--- For me to humbly clean every lavatory How could I imagine a single thing foul...? Of the good Savior who created my bowel In the Father's Mansion of many rooms... If there be a privy, it'd smell of perfumes With the latrines' flushing discreetly concealed And, I pray my kidney stones shall be healed!! Of Heaven: "Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard" Therefore, I need NOT worry about the absurd "Salvation belongs to our God... seated on the throne" So we can trust His Sacred Heart--- with the unknown (References: Colossians Ch. 1, Matthew 22:30, Revelation 21:4, Revelation 4:8, Micah 6:8, Matthew 5:26, Psalm 139:13-14, John 14:2, Matthew 11:5, 1 Corinthians 2:9, Revelation 7:10)
