The Heavenly Word - Psalm 119: 89-96
The word of God so firmly fixed away high in the heavens above full of faithfulness forever comes out of God's forever love For we all stand or fall on God's permitted word divine our servants include our all so willing be in God's line Never may my mind forget thy word and counsel supreme for in this, I have known life given by God who does redeem So often I've sought your word for I know there is salvation you are mine and I am yours as the wicked seek me every occasion Your word testifies to me this has come down from heaven so I can receive it to myself for in this thy spirit has driven (This is my " Psalm 119 project" which I began to write a couple of years ago, so this is the twelfth poem of twenty-two poems I've written over that time to cover all of Psalm 119. )
