She does. “Don’t let him dance too much.” Sammy groans from the front seat. “Can’t he take it?” she asks his mother. “He’s not responsible,” His mother replies, handing it to her. Before they go inside to the dance Dad takes photos of the three of them. Mom insists on being in every photo. Shelly takes out the inhaler and waves it in one of them, for fun.
