But it was the teeniest tiniest littlest piece. Probably ten million calories though. I should give myself a smack down and a beat down, but I don’t. How about I have a little bitty piece of cherry pie? I coax myself. My husband offers me cereal, but how sweet is that? I put my nose up at it. Two slivers of pie and a tiny piece of cake later, I feel badly. So I take a diet pill. It does not kick in. So I take another one. Wait fifteen minutes. Nothing. So I eat the rest of the pie. No one else was going to, right? If I could stop going to the store, it might help me with this diet that is not working. I blame these ridiculous inane non-working diet pills!
