He Killed Me For What Reason
An extra disappointing day in October. I crawled out of the ditch, irritated and annoyed. Alarmed I was not dead until I saw my body and knew I might be. The other guy must have been drunk; this infuriated me! I walked to his car, ready to give him hell He killed me for what reason? What was he thinking? Had he been texting? How selfish is that? He popped out of his body and reached for my hand I was truly angry now, furious with this yahoo. His spirit looked at me with sad remorseful eyes. I have had such affectionate feelings for you, he said. Lucy you are in my dreams and my science lab. I gave him a closer look; it was Chet. A guy I had admired in life, a popular dude. I could feel his remorse and his sorrow for killing us. To let him know I forgave him, I took his hand.
